Hello crafty friends, Jody here with a new 12x12 scrapbook page! I started with a picture of my oldest, Samuel. It is difficult getting good pictures of teenagers, so I snuck this one while we were waiting for our food at a restaurant. I picked a few favorite colors from my Perfect Paints products to use. I used the new and beautiful Polishing Plasters in Boho Blue, Sunset Blush and Cayenne.

I used my Silhoutte to cut a frame cut file. Then I started painting it with Boho Blue Polishing Plaster. After I created dark spaces I used water to thin the paint to cover the cut file.

After a quick clean up I went in with the Cayenne Polishing Plaster. I did not want full coverage so I picked a few spots to add the red.

Lastly, I added Sunset Blush Polishing Plaster splatters to give it all some extra sparkle. I used the 49 and Market collection called Rust and Revs. I finally added a few rub-ons along with a washi tab. I simply titled my page My Boy.

I love how handsome my son looks with all the beautiful color around him. I made a process video if you would like to see how it came together.

Thank you for stopping by. I hope I inspired you to use paint on your next project.

Jody
