Application Ideas!
Layered stencil application:
To create a textured image, apply a thin coat of polishing plaster through a stencil and allow image to dry completely.
To create a burnish effect: Apply a background image using a stencil and a darker polishing plaster color than the overlay colors. Let dry completely. Begin applying Polishing Plaster in thin coats over the background-stenciled image. After each layer is dried, use a soft cloth, palette knife or credit card to scrap lightly across the plaster. Burnishing will create a unique, polished effect that enhances the highs and lows of the colors with each coat. Creating an “old world texture is effortless with polishing plaster.
