Hello everyone!! Jenn here and I am super excited to share another altered project with you! This time I decided to go bold and bright using a gorgeous array of Shimmering Matte Acrylic Paint Colors. Join me as I mix colors and textures to upcycle a boring frame.

Additional Supplies Used:

Dollar Store Frame
49&Market Papers and Ephemera
Art Ingredients Art Pebbles Melange
Chipboard Vines and Frame
Fussy Cut Flowers
Molded Flowers
Art House Whimsy Digital Image
Instructions
Start by preparing the frame. First cut paper to fit and adhere it to the inside and outside as shown. Use a distressing tool or scissor edge to roughen the edges.

Next, prepare embellishments such as chipboards and molded flowers. For the chipboard vines I used Washed Teal then dabbed it with Spring Green.
For the molded flowers I mixed Rain Slicker and Red Wagon to get an orange/yellow and brushed it on. Brush over them again with watered down Rain Slicker to get the ombre effect. For the leaves and stems Northern Lights was used. The white frame was coated in White Crackle using a sponge.

Once everything is dry add some splats of Grape and the Rain Slicker/Red Wagon Mix to the inner circle for background. Arrange the composition and adhere. Once adhered dry brush white matte paint over florals. Add some art pebbles for texture.

Thanks so much for visiting and viewing my project using Perfect Paints! I hope I have inspired you to grab some of these amazing products and create something beautiful! I will be creating more to share with you soon!
