Memory frames with Shimmering Matte Acrylics!
Hello everyone! Myry here again, and I’m excited to share my latest creative adventure with you all! In my previous post, I introduced the delightful world of Shimmering Matte Acrylics, and today, I’m taking it a step further. I’ve chosen to paint a beautiful Terracotta air dry clay figure, inspired by the cherished memories of family.
This project embodies a lovely tradition that my family holds dear—celebrating life from the moment of conception rather than the typical date of birth. To honor this unique perspective, I decided to craft personalized panels for each member of the family, incorporating their names and the significant date of their conception. Join me as we dive into the process of bringing these special memories to life with the Perfect Paints vibrant colors!
I have a short tutorial for you:
I'm using:
Perfect Paints Shimmering Acrylics:
-Canvas panel 10x10cm or 3 15/16 inches
-"Honey gold" as color base
-Stencil "TCW261s Mini Art Is"
-Distress ink "Vintage Photo"
-"Sangria", "Rain slicker" and "Red wagon" mix for the frame, teddy bear and shadows
-"Coral", "Red wagon", "Halo", "Beach sand" and "Ballet slipper" for the figure
You can find the colors I used for the pink dress in my previous post.
I think they are sooooooo cute!!!
I hope you like it too!
Have a good week!
Myry
