Additional Items Used:
White Matte Acrylic Paint

Ranger Black Archival Ink (for stamping)
Stamps
Tim Holtz Chit Chat Stickers
Black Watercolor Pencil
White 10 Gelly Roll Pen
Chipboard Gears
Gelli Arts Gelli Plate
Black 110lb cardstock

Instructions:
First prep by creating the backgrounds using various colors on the gelli plate. Cut 5 2 1/2"X3 1/2" from the dry backgrounds.

Prep chipboard by painting pieces matte black and gears using Peacock Blue Shimmering Matte Acrylic Paint.

Next Cut 5 2 3/4"X3 3/4" pieces of heavy black cardstock to mount backgrounds on. Set these aside for now.
Gather some texture and text stamps along with an archival black ink pad and add some stamping.

Once satisfied with the stamping, add a touch of bright white using a white gel pen. Ink the edges with Black Soot Distress Ink.

Next mount the finished backgrounds onto the black heavyweight cardstock pieces cut.

For the finish assemble using scrap chipboard or foam to adhere things at different heights. This will create great dimension. Add some splatters of white before adding paper dolls. Add chit chat stickers and ink around them in black watercolor pencil gently.
