Hello friends!

Today I’m so happy to share something incredibly close to my heart, a miniature 3D wedding gazebo I created using the magical paints and textures from Perfect Paints. I imagined a quiet, enchanting place where time stands still—an old wedding gazebo, now tucked away in nature, overgrown yet glowing with memories. I wanted to bring that feeling to life using layers, shimmer, and soft, earthy tones.

I began with a sturdy cardboard base and stenciled some brick textures using Shimmering Sage” Polishing Plaster. It instantly gave the wall a charming, aged vibe with just the right amount of shimmer.

Crafting materials on a table: a brown sheet with white brick pattern, a stencil, a jar labeled "Polishing Plaster," and a palette knife.
Perfect Paints on the base

For the base, I used a stencil with Whipped Caramel” Polishing Plaster to mimic a rustic stone path. It added such a grounded, timeless feel to the whole setting.

Adding texture to our base

Using my Brother Scan and Cut machine, I cut the gazebo pieces and painted them with Aged Copper” Shimmering Matte Acrylics. This gave the structure a beautifully worn, metallic look—just the kind of detail that sets the tone right.

I added more of that stone texture to the roof using the same Whipped Caramel plaster. For the leafy, mossy touch, I painted filigree chipboards with Spring Green” Matte Acrylics. The shimmer caught the light beautifully!

Painting our floral elements

After assembling the gazebo, I started layering floral elements, leaves, and soft details around it. To blend everything together, I diluted the Spring Green paint and did a light wash over the entire gazebo. It softened the whole look and added a wonderful aged effect.

Perfect Paints brought the textures to life in the most stunning way. The subtle shimmer gives depth from every angle, which made the whole scene feel real and full of stories. These paints don’t just add colour—they bring character.

This was such a heartfelt project to work on. It reminded me how places—even imagined ones—can hold meaning. If you've ever had a quiet moment at a special place that stayed with you, this little gazebo might just take you there again.

Let me know if it felt like you were stepping into this tiny world with me!

Love,

Evanjelene 💚
